COTTAGE FEATURES
LAKE FRONT COTTAGE
Features a 200 foot lake front with no boat access anywhere to give you exclusive privacy. Waters are 8 feet deep at side of deck, perfect for swimming, floaties included.
THE MUSKOKA EXPERIENCE
We have over 2300 acres of crown land. From hiking and snowmobiling in the winter to relaxing on the lake and visiting local farmer markets during the summer.
KIDS + SENIOR FRIENDLY
The property consists of over one acre of gentle slopes. Easy short walk to the lakefront with plenty of parking. 2 phase filtration and UV water lighting system installed.

This place is perfect for some very close friends. Only a short drive from Toronto, there is so much to do in Muskoka, such as sitting around and doing nothing. See you next year!

Yes, please contact us and we will send you the lease.
We are located on Fish Hatchery Rd. in Muskoka Ontario Canada. South west of Skeleton Lake. You will be sent the exact address once lease agreement is firm. It is less than 2.5hrs north of Toronto.
Towels, linens, bed sheets, soaps + shampoos. Kitchenware, games, kids toys, DVD films (yes remember those?) are all provided.
There is a 2 stage water filtration and UV system installed in the basement. We check the filters frequently. However, we recommend that you do not to drink the water. We provide five gallons of water at the cottage for you to use.
Water is a gentle decent to about 8 feet at the ladder.
Yes, we have one canoe, one pedal boat, one paddle board, and one aluminum boat.
There are several life jackets available on the property near the shoreline. However it is recommended that you bring your own. It is also a law to have them worn when out in the water on a watercraft.
In the summer no. During the winter it is strongly recommended that you have winter tires on. We do keep the road open during the winter and sanded when necessary.
We are between Huntsville and Bracebridge. There are hundreds of acres of crown land in the area perfect for hiking. Farmer’s market in the summer and skiing + cross country skiing in the winter. Visit the Muskoka tourism website for more information.
